Craving Bugle chips from past European adventures (they were a staple while back packing) I googled the chips and this site came up!
I purchased 10 bags of chips and they arrived in good condition and fast!

I have shopped at a Dutch importing company for years from Michigan. Their inventory is large but there are some items I just could not get. I googled Koopmans wit broot and your website came up. I must say I was impressed by your inventor. I found lots of goodies,
ordered and received it via Fed Ex in less then a week. WOW!!!! I want to say thanks for a wonderful experience and also thanks for the little extra yummies you added to my order. Loving it!

Great service - I originally tried to order the same product from another Dutch website as it came up first on the search engine, but it ended up being a spoof and I had to raise a dispute with Paypal.
HOWEVER, when I searched again and found your company I was not disappointed. The products arrived in record time - I was informed all the way as to where they were and when they had been delivered. I loved the little extras you included.
It was a fantastic service and I will be using you again, and again and again!

I am regretful to say that the customer service really should be improved!
I ordered 4pcs milk powder , but when arrive one of it were damaged. But YUMMYDUTCH refused to compensate and without any response after that .
NOT a happy shopping experience !

We have had email communication and we asked you for pictures of the damage to the shipment. The pictures doesnt make clear the shipment was damaged during transit.

My box of goodies arrived very quick and on a Sunday,very well packed. I have bought them for my 92 year mother who is suffering dementia. She was born in Zoetemeer and I hope the Spekulaas dolly n stroopwafels will bring her some memory n pleasure. I will let you know when I have given them to her. Thankyou so much xx

Went to Europe with my friends last year and discovered a delicious cereal called Cruesli, and further discovered (once back in Australia) that it is extremely hard to find!
Thanks Yummy Dutch for being one of the very few online sellers to sell chocolate Cruesli! Also, thanks for the little gifts in the box also
Customer Service for Yummy Dutch is brilliant: I had an issue entering my address and they were so quick to respond with everything I needed to know; definitely going above and beyond typical customer service!
Further note: when I was trying to purchase a few boxes of this, we had some issues entering credit card details, as an Australian buying almost $100 worth of cereal online might seem a bit strange, so make sure your bank doesn't have any restrictions placed on your card for "out of the ordinary" purchases!
