The combination of fine crystal sugar with molasses and caramel makes it an ideal product for baking of various types of pastry and cakes, such as shortbread cookies, sprits and speculoos. Thanks to molasses and caramel in the sugar, baked pastry quickly gets a beautiful gold brown color and a nice flavor. You can also use light brown sugar on pancakes, matzos, bread and French toast.
