Cardamom is a seasoning for both sweet and savory dishes. Cardamom are snow peas containing small dark seeds. Those seeds can be eaten whole or ground. The seeds have a lemony, slightly floral taste with a hint of eucalyptus.
Cardamom is often used in cakes and biscuits as well as in coffee. It is also delicious in savory dishes such as curries, meat and fish.
